We are now one week away from Saint Patrick’s Day! I’m very excited for it. I’m so excited that I made a corned beef dinner a week early. Yum! Around Saint Patrick’s Day, I tend to look a little into Ireland’s past and present, whether through language, culture, history, or books. This year has been no exception. I’ve really gotten into old Irish fairy tales again, as well as some stories of Saint Patrick’s exploits…all good stuff.
