..I’m sure that many of you have heard me complaining about how I haven’t been able to run because of knee pain. I really enjoy running because it helps clear away a lot of my stress.

The weird thing about it all is that I don’t have any pain with normal walking or sitting, but running or lifting weights cause a very sharp pain in the lower outside corner of my knee. It has been diagnosed as patella femoral syndrome. Basically, my kneecap is all out of wack, and needs to be aligned better by strengthening muscles that I don’t use that often.

Therefore, I started physical therapy this afternoon, and I will be going three times a week for a minimum of four weeks, and I’ll be reevaluated after that to see if I need more. So, I won’t be able to go running at least for another four weeks.
